Trust in Oneself is the Harder to Earn Back

Zach and Willow are amazing characters. Willow is rebuilding her life after leaving an abusive relationship. Her Ex is determined to get her back, and starts to invade her new life. She scared and the one person she feels safe with happens to be the bad boy from her youth, who now has a violent history.
Zach went into the military right out of high school, after his Mom died of cancer he had no one left to stay for. Zach always saw Willow as the good girl he never could have, and the chance finally came for him to have one night to get her out of his system. He just wasn't prepared that one night wouldn't be enough. Zach took a local security job to stay in town to finish this thing between Willow and himself, and gets sucked into a even bigger crime cover up.
Kaylee brought together elements of dark scary life with the chance of hope. This story was captivating and intense. The strength of character she infused in Willow, to pull herself out of a situation that many too many Woman struggle to overcome is inspiring. Zach feeling that his darker baser self has no redeeming quality and aspiring to be better for Willow. This is a great story, one that hit closer to home for me, and it was portrayed very well.

Just wow.

Kaylee Song always amazes me with her ability to weave a story with multiple plots without any one suffering for another. This book is another wonderful example.
Willow is trying to build a new life after leaving her abusive husband. He has other plans.
Zachary is a mercenary, and he loves it. His newest job may have him in over his head though.
Willow and Zachary meet up again after a less than stellar shared past. The attraction between them is undeniable. What starts out as a no strings affair might just become more than either ever bargained for.
The characters in this book are so well developed. It sucks you right inand you never want to leave. This is a must read for fans of the ultimate bad boy.

A love that can overcome everything!!!

WOW... Kaylee has written one hell of a story with this book! It contains literally every emotion you need for a kickass read!!!
Willow is best friends with Ruby and has been for years. Ruby helped her escape from an abuse relationship and has always has and always will be there for her, even when Ruby's cousin, Zach is back in town. Willow has 'crushed' in Zach for about 10 years, and when she sees him in a bar, all those feelings come back to the surface!
Zach is a trained mercenary, ex army and a body that can make a woman weep! He doesn't do relationships because his job is too dangerous and he has to keep focus. That is until he spots Williow, and after 10 years of denying his feelings, he decides that enough is enough... He wants her and nothing is going to stop him.
The sex is off the charts hot and the more time they spend together, the more they want together. As their relationship grows so does their feelings, but things are never so simple...
With twists and turns from an amazing author, making the perfect story, everything they go through will make you fall in love with the characters that little bit more. But will they get their HEA after all the years of wanting? Or will evil from the past rip their love to shreds and keep them apart forever? A definate 10/10 read that will keep you engrossed from beginning to end!!!
